Lab Schedule

Biological and Geological Sciences Building rm 3015, Monday or Tuesday 2:30 to 5:30pm

Some of the labs are long or require that you come in the previous day in preparation for the next day's lab. This is why the labs finish before slack week.

Jan 6/7 NO LAB
Jan 13/14 Lab 1 Preparation of first instar larval cuticles
Jan 20/21 Lab 2 Ectopic expression of Fushi tarazu (come in the day before). Fixation of embryos for Labs 3&4
Jan 27/28 Lab 3 Engrailed antibody staining (long lab)
Feb 5/6 Lab 4 Wingless in situ hybridization (come in the day before; long lab)
Feb12/13 Lab 5 Beta-galactosidase staining for assaying ftz enhancer activity.
