To download these files you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader.

To obtain the (free) reader, download it from the adobe site.
The size of the Adobe download is about 8.6 Meg.

NOTES ON USING PDF FILES:

1) To view and print a file, left-click on the file name.

2) To download a file, right-click on the file name, then ....
   either a) Internet Explorer: choose "Save Target As" and save the file to disk.
     or   b) Netscape: choose "Save Link As" and save the file to disk.
    THEN  c) Using the Adobe Reader, open the file from your disk.
