GOING FURTHER
To remind us of the military roots of cyberspace, read Bruce Sterling's classic article, "War Is Virtual Hell."
 Then look at Cyberwar --a paper by John Arquilla and David Ronefeldt, a couple of policy analysts employed by the US government: it clearly identifies the anxiety felt by state authorities about the threat the Internet presents to governmental authority.
