9. MID-TERM EXAM
The mid-term exam will be held in the normal lecture time
this week.
The exam will be one hour and a half hours long.
It will be closed-book, and will require definition and discussion
of key terms and concepts.
It will cover material from readings, lectures and tutorials from weeks
1-6, inclusive.
The exam is worth 20% of your total mark for the course.
Do not miss the exam: there will be no opportunities for a make-up
exam unless you have documented evidence that you were ill on the day of
the exam.
