Readings and Reading MaterialsThe course focuses on a discussion of readings concerning the Charter. Each weekly class will be a seminar in which readings are discussed. Readings are drawn from a reference text available in the bookstore and from case and other text material for which there are links on this web site. The text is to be used as a general guide to facilitate discussion of the cases and other materials. Some material for the course is also on reserve at the Weldon Library. Reading MaterialsThe text for the course is The Charter of Rights and Freedoms (Third Edition) by R.J. Sharpe and K. Roach and is available in the UWO Bookstore.
