| A lesion was discovered in the right mandible of this 52 year old woman during a routine x-ray. The lesion had been present for a long time. The patient had a root canal in 44, 45 one year ago. The surgical pathology report described the the lesions as central giant cell granuloma and periapical granuloma. |
