Community-based Research on Environment and Health

Objectives and content of this course.

This course is an opportunity for students with background in health, urban, human, and hazards geography courses to re-consider engaged methods for the particular context of research amongst vulnerable populations, to lay the foundations for a place specific research project and to compare findings. The course will be equally divided between literature review and research planning.
