WILL
"In the name of God, Amen. I David Sadler
of Dalhousie in the County of Restigouche in the Province of New Brunswick, Esquire,
being in good health of body and of sound and {?} memory do make this my last
will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore
made. As to such wordly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to eintrust me, I
dispose of the same as follow: First
I give to each of my sons, Francis Sadler, John Sadler, William Sadler and David
Sadler and to my daughter Helen Bennet the sum of two hunddred dollars each of
lawful money of New Brunswick, and I direct my Executors hereafter named to pay
the said sum of two hundred dollars to each of my said children on my decease
out of my personald estate: Second
I give to ech of my grandchildren me surviving the sum of twenty dollars each
and I direct my Executors hereinafter named to pay this same to each of my grandchildren
after my decease out of my personal estate. And
all, the rest, residue and remainder of my estate both real and personal whatsovever
which at the time of my decease, I or any person or persons in trust for me, are
or are possessed of and not heretofore disposed of, I give devise and bequeath
unto my daughter Margaret her heirs executors administrators and assigned to each
for her separate use and benefit. And I
direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid by my said daughter,
Margaret, out of the residue of my estate so above devised to her. And I
do hereby nominate and appoint my son John Sadler and John Bennet of Saint John,
New Brunswick, Executors of this my last will and testament. In witness wherof
I the said David Sadler have hereunto set my hand and seal this ninth day of March
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and and seventy-six. Signed,
sealed and declared by the above named David Sadler as and for his last will and
testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence and in
presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto. Wm
