Ms Devito responded:

Here is what they need to do:

Step 1) get a panther account (also referred to as an e-mail account or a personal computing account)
Send them to NSC, 2nd floor, Front Counter if they have any problems/ questions about their account.

Step 2) They should get their panther account activated (once they know what it is) - send them to NSC 113 to do this.

Note that without the panther account they will not be able to access caucus!!

Step 3) Next week (it was supposed to be this week) they can try logging into the labs using their panther login name. Note that the first time they login in the labs their password is their student numbers. They then will be prompted to change it. There will be instructions next to the computer indicating how to change their password.

UNTIL THEIR ACCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE (next week) please tell them to use the following account to login to the labs:

login name: tester
password: newpass

PLEASE NOTE that the above just gets them logged into the labs. They still need their panther account to get into Caucus.
