Advantages

• Noise free, mostly immune to interference, easy to manipulate (Sound Forge demo). Easy to copy loss free.

• Easy to move over the WEB.

Disadvantages/problems

• some claim a harsh sound, large storage space required - 10 megs/minute for CD quality. Due to great frequency range potential now microphones, mixers, speakers and so on which were very good only a few years ago now fall short.
