Radiologic Report:
LEFT TMJ: There is a minimal medial rotational subluxation of the left tempo-mandibular meniscus. During mandibular, protrusion which is relatively minimal, there is evidence of normal engagement of the tempo-mandibular meniscus in its intermediate zone. There is no evidence of perforation or discontinuity of a meniscal mandibular or menisco-temporal attachment.
RIGHT TMJ: There is evidence of non-rotational subluxation of the right TMJ during protrusion, which is again somewhat sub-optimal. There is evidence of engagement of the tempo-mandibular meniscus in its intermediate zone. Consequently this is a reducible anterior dislocation.
IMPRESSION: There is evidence of an anterior reducible dislocation of the right tempo-mandibular meniscus, with reducible rotational subluxation of the left tempo-mandibular meniscus.
