TESTS (20%)
There will be 2 tests, each one worth 10%. These 90 minute tests will be
common tests for all sections of French 002, and will be held Tuesday November
2 from 5-6:30 pm and Tuesday January 25 from 5-6:30 pm. Requests to write the
make-up test (to be held in the evening two days later) will be granted only
in extreme circumstances, such as serious illness or family emergency, or conflict
with another class or exam. Documentation will be required when requesting a
make-up. Requests involving conflicts must be submitted 7 days prior to the
exam for approval by course director. (A conflict is interpreted to mean a class
or exam taking place at the same hour, NOT just on the same day.) There is no
guarantee that you will be allowed to write the make-up if you do not contact
the prof prior to the regular exam.
