Your
host for the duration of MIT220 will be Mark Rayner. Mark has been gob-smacked
by the web Since his first (disastrous) attempt, Mark has had a little more success, winning CCAE (Canadian Council for the Advancement of Education) and IABC (International Association of Business Communicators) awards for web work, including Best Website. In addition to working as a freelance writer and designer, Mark lectures on new media, communications and web design. Mark has taught in the MIT program and in the Graduate Programs in Journalism and Library and Information Studies at the Faculty of Information and Media Studies. This leaves him some time for his true love, the scribbling of fiction. Mark is a published writer of speculative fiction, twice nominated for the Aurora Award. You can read some of his work online at his writer's website, at www.markarayner.com He prefers to be reached by email. |
